ST. LOUIS - Miami has been tabbed as the favorites to win the 2025 Missouri Valley Conference Men’s Swimming & Diving Championship by the league’s head coaches in this year’s pre-championship poll.

Miami finished with five first-place votes and 47 points while Southern Illinois earned one first-place vote and 40 total points. Only one point separated the Salukis from Missouri State, who collected 39 points in the poll.

UIC (26), Ball State (23), Evansville (13), and Valparaiso (8) round out this year’s pre-championship poll.

Miami will serve as the host of The Valley’s first men’s swimming & diving championship since 2003, February 19-22. For more information about the championship, visit Championship Central.
