MVC Tennis Championship Bracket Set

ST. LOUIS — The bracket for the 2026 Missouri Valley Conference Tennis Championship has been finalized, with competition set for April 24–26, in Chicago Illinois, with UIC being the host school.

Top-seeded UIC enters the tournament after securing the No. 1 position in the final standings. UIC will face the winner of No. 4 Bradley and No. 5 Drake, who meet in the opening round, Friday at 10 a.m.

Illinois State claims the No. 2 seed after finishing tied with Murray State at 5-2 in conference play and earning the tiebreaker. The Redbirds also receive a bye into the semifinals and will take on the winner of No. 3 Murray State and No. 6 Belmont. That quarterfinal matchup is scheduled for Friday at 2 p.m.

Bradley secured the No. 4 seed by virtue of its head-to-head tiebreaker over Drake, locking in the final quarterfinal position regardless of the final regular-season results.

Semifinal matches are scheduled for Saturday, April 25, at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., with the winners advancing to the championship match on Sunday, April 26, at 10 a.m. The tournament champion will earn the MVC’s automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
