ST. LOUIS – Belmont and Drake have been tabbed as the top team in the 2023 MVC cross country preseason coaches' poll. The Bruins received 14 points and ten first-place votes in the poll to out-distance second place Bradley (28 points, two first-place votes). Drake tabbed the top of the men's poll with 12 points and ten first place votes to Bradley's second (29 points, one first-place vote).

The 2023 season begins September 1st.
