In the bottom of the 12th inning, it was a double by Andrew Small that scored the winning run for Creighton as the Bluejays won their first-ever MVC Conference Tournament Championship, a 10-9 decision over Wichita State Saturday night at Hammons Field. Starting pitcher Pat Venditte was named the tournament MVP.

Tickets can be purchased through Tuesday, May 22. Walk-up tickets will be sold starting Wednesday, May 23, from Hammons FIeld Ticket Office, which will open one and a half hours before the first game of the day.
