In the bottom of the 12th inning, it was a double by Andrew Small that scored the winning run for Creighton as the Bluejays won their first-ever MVC Conference Tournament Championship, a 10-9 decision over Wichita State Saturday night at Hammons Field. Starting pitcher Pat Venditte was named the tournament MVP.

All seating in the stadium grandstand is reserved. Visitors are encouraged to purchase all-session reserved tickets to guarantee seating. The only way to guarantee admission is by purchasing all-session tickets.

Tickets can be purchased through Tuesday, May 22. Walk-up tickets will be sold starting Wednesday, May 23, from Hammons FIeld Ticket Office, which will open one and a half hours before the first game of the day.
