This week's Missouri Valley Conference golfers of the week include Belmont's Chris Harpum and Omar Khalid.

The duo tied for 4th of 76 players at the Jaguar Invitational in August, Ga. The event was played at the par-72, 7,086-yard layout at Forest Hills Golf Course. Harpum shot a three-round 73-70-69=212, while Khalid was 69-72-71=212.  Belmont's team finished in third place in the field. Host Augusta won the event at 841, with High Point in second place at 852. Harpum and Khalid were five strokes back of the co-medalists, Chapman Barnett and Pieter Rossouw of Augusta (207).
