ST. LOUIS -- The Missouri Valley Conference announced its 2025-26 Scholar-Athletes of the Year honorees. The winners were determined by a vote of league sports information directors in conjunction with the announcement of scholar-athlete teams throughout the year.
To be eligible for the award, a student-athlete must have maintained a 3.50 cumulative GPA, both as an undergraduate and graduate student, where applicable. If a GPA had not been established as a transfer student, the cumulative GPA from the nominees’ previous institution was used. Student-athletes had to be at least a sophomore in academic and athletic standing. Redshirt freshmen were not eligible. Specific athletic criteria varied by sport.
