The Missouri Valley Conference has announced "wildcard" telecast selections for men's basketball games of Wednesday, Jan. 21.  

ESPN has selected the UNI at Illinois State men’s basketball game on Wednesday, Jan. 21, for distribution on ESPNU. The game will tip at 8 p.m. CT.  Clay Matvick (PBP) and Kevin Lehman (Analyst) will serve as the announcers. CBS Sports has selected the Murray State at Drake men’s basketball game on Wednesday, Jan. 21, for distribution on CBS Sports Network (6 p.m. CT). Jack Gordon (PBP) and Isis Young (Analyst) are on the call. And Gray Media has selected the Indiana State at Bradley men’s basketball game on Wednesday, Jan. 21, for distribution on Gray Media affiliate and non-affiliate stations. Tom Ackerman (PBP) and Adam Emmenecker (Analyst) will serve as the announcers for that game, which will air at 7 p.m. CT.

During the 2025-26 season, using the wildcard model, the Missouri Valley Conference -- in conjunction with its television partners -- have reserved clearance windows for select dates throughout the season and wait until two weeks before the contest(s) to determine network clearances.
