Several Programs, Individuals Honored for Academic Success by USTFCCCA

NEW ORLEANS, La. – The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced its 2025 men’s and women’s All-Academic teams and individuals for their success in the classroom during the 2024-25 academic year.
 
A combined seven men’s and women’s track and field programs, and 31 student-athletes from six different schools, were highlighted on the extensive list announced by the USTFCCCA.
 
The criteria for a team to be named an NCAA Division I All-Academic Team is a cumulative GPA for all student-athletes on the institution’s squad list for indoor and/or outdoor season to be a 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale). Individuals must carry a 3.25 or better cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale in the classroom. Athletically, they must have finished the indoor season ranked in the top 96 in any championship individual event or the top 48 in any championship relay event and/or must have participated in any round of the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Student-athletes may have also finished the season ranked in the top 48 in the East or West Region for the most recent outdoor season.
