LEXINGTON, Ky. – Eleven Missouri Valley Conference volleyball programs earned the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Team Academic Award sponsored by INTENT, the organization announced Monday.
 
Indiana State holds the longest current streak in Division I as a recipient of the award for 27-straight years while Southern Illinois and Illinois State have the next longest streaks in the league at 20- and 17-consecutive years, respectively.
 
Belmont and UNI earned an additional distinction on the Team Academic Honor Roll which celebrates programs in the top 20% of GPAs for their division.
 
To qualify, programs must have achieved a minimum team cumulative grade-point average (GPA) of 3.30 (on a 4.00 scale) during the entirety of the 2024-25 academic year.
