ST. LOUIS -- The UNI volleyball team has been picked to win the 2025 Missouri Valley Conference crown in a vote of the league's 11 head coaches. The Panthers received 10 first-place votes and 120 total points. UIC received the last first-place votes and 107 points, while Drake and Illinois State garnered 95 points apiece.

Six student-athletes from five institutions were named preseason all-conference, with five of the six honorees coming from the outside hitter position.
