Championship matches begin at 10 a.m. The Wichita State Shockers are conference champions on the women's side after taking down Southern Illinois by a score of 4-0. The title is their 5th straight and 7th in eight years.
In one of the most exciting men's finals in recent memory, the Wichita State Shockers defeated the Drake Bulldogs 4-3. The tilt came down to the final match in which Tin Ostojic defeated Robin Goodman 6-4, 3-6, 7-5. Wichita State earns the league's automatic bid as a result.
Lucia Kovalova of Wichita State and Alen Salibasic of Drake won the Elite 18 Award for Women's and Men's tennis, respectively.
