Regular season champions Missouri State swept the 2024 Missouri Valley Conference women's soccer awards. This is the third time this has happened in MVC women's soccer history with the last time happening in 2017 (Drake) and 1996 (Evansville).
Player of the Year - Julia Kristensen, Missouri State
Defensive Player of the Year - Jenna Anderson, Missouri State
Goalkeeper of the Year - Camielle Day, Missouri State
Freshman of the Year - Jane Hansen, Missouri State
Coaching Staff of the Year - Missouri State (Kirk Nelson, Cory Herchenroeder, Sara Halilhodzic)
MVC Fair Play Award - Illinois State
Missouri State's Julia Kristensen headlines a list of 35 student-athletes named to the 2024 MVC All-Conference women’s soccer teams as selected by league coaches. Kristensen who was tabbed the 2024 MVC Player of the Year, led the MVC in total points (18), tied for second in the MVC with four goals, and led the MVC with 10 assists. She is the third Bear to be named MVC Player of the Year.
Jenna Anderson earned Missouri State's 11th Defender of the Year award and the Bear's third straight year.
Camielle Day earned Goalkeeper of the Year award for the second straight year and joins Nikki Coryell, Valparaiso (2020, 21, 22) and Kaitlin Maxwell, Missouri State (2018,19) as the only goalkeepers to win multiple times.
Jane Hansen is the fourth Bear to earn Freshman of the Year, joining Hailey Chambliss (2022), Samantha Aguilar (2006), and Kate Hercules (2003).
Kirk Nelson, Cory Herchenroeder, Sara Halilhodzic earn Coaching Staff of the Year for Missouri State joining only Rob Brewer and his staff (1999).
