Illinois State University served as host of the 2014 MVC Team Tennis Championship, April 25-27, 2014 at the Gregory Street Tennis Courts in Normal, Illinois. The top seeded Drake Bulldogs are the men's team champions and will represent The Valley in the NCAA Tournament. On the women's side, the Wichita State Shockers defended their title and No. 1 overall seed, and will head to the NCAA Tournament undefeated against Valley competition. Alen Salibasic and Maddie Johnson of Drake are this year's Elite 18 winners. 

Sunday’s men’s and women’s Missouri Valley Conference Team Tennis Championship title matches have both been moved inside to the Evergreen Racquet Club in Bloomington, Ill., due to inclement weather, including high winds and forecasted thunderstorms. The start times for each match remain the same.
