ST. LOUIS - The 2021 All-Conference team is comprised of one individual from each of the six singles positions, as well as three doubles teams from each of the doubles positions. In addition, six individuals are chosen regardless of position played and are named to the “All-Select” Team. Individuals named all-conference in doubles are also eligible to be named to the all-select team in singles. The All-Conference and All-Select teams are chosen by a vote of league coaches.

The 2021 All-Conference team is made up of individuals from Illinois State, Missouri State and Bradley. The Illinois State Redbirds claimed three singles spots on the all-conference team as well as all three doubles pairings. Missouri State holds two singles spots, while Bradley added a singles player to the team.
The “All-Select” team has two players from Bradley and Drake while Missouri State and Valparaiso each have one player on the team. Stony Brook players will be named to the All-Select team following the completion of the conference championship.
With a strong season to open her collegiate career, Illinois State's Tijana Zlatanovic was selected as both the Player of the Year and the Freshman of the Year. This year, Zlatanovic is 17-5 at the No. 1 spot, and a perfect 5-0 in league play.
Illinois State’s Maja Kovacek earned the 2021 MVC Women’s Tennis Coach of the Year honor. This is the second consecutive time she's won this award, after taking the honor in 2019. Kovacek led the Redbirds to a 17-7 record this season, including a perfect 5-0 record in league play.
