Hall SA

TATE HALL, LOYOLA

Men's Basketball, Sr.

Finance; 3.45 GPA

 

Tate Hall, a senior on the No. 22 ranked Loyola men’s basketball team owns a 3.45 GPA as a finance major.  In the classroom, Hall earned MVC Scholar-Athlete Second-Team accolades in 2019-20.  He was also a member of the MVC Honor Roll and has garnered the MVC Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award.  In his first season of eligibility at Loyola last season after transferring from Division II University of Indianapolis, Hall captured Third-Team All-MVC and MVC All-Newcomer Team recognition after averaging 12.7 points, 3.9 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.5 steals per game.  In the community, Hall volunteers at Misericordia Heart of Mercy, which a home for individuals with learning and developmental disabilities, helping with their annual Family Day event.

MADDIE MONAHAN, DRAKE

Women's Basketball, Sr.

Data Analytics; 3.90 GPA

 

Maddie Monahan, a senior on the Drake women's basketball team, holds a 3.90 GPA in data analytics with a minor in mathematics.  Maddie was a member of the 2019-20 All-MVC scholar-athlete team, earning honorable mention honors.  The senior is averaging 12.2 points and 4.1 assists per game this season for the second place Bulldogs. On campus, she is a member of Salt Company, which is a student ministry on campus, Kappa Mu Epsilon math honor society and Women in STEM.   She is also active in the community, volunteering with Meals from the Heartland, Habitat for Humanity, Grand Blue Mile and the Food Bank of Iowa.
