The Missouri Valley Conference has announced its 2019-20 men's basketball all-conference units.  The First Team features three sophomores and two juniors, and only four seniors are among the Top 15 players as voted on by head coaches, sports information directors and a media panel.

In addition to the first- , second- and third-team all-conference squads, the MVC announced its all-Newcomer Team, all-Freshman Team and all-Defensive Team.  Specialty Award winners will be announced at 2 pm CT on Tuesday, March 3.
