ZIONSVILLE, Indiana - The U.S. Basketball Writers Association (USBWA) has named AJ Green to its All-District team.

Green is the first Panther to be named to the USBWA All-District team since Seth Tuttle was named the District VI Player of the Year for his play during the 2014-15 season, Ben Jacobson was also named Coach of the Year in 2015. Green follows Seth Tuttle, Jordan Eglseder, Adam Koch, Ben Jacobson (2x), and David Gruber as Panthers to be named to the USBWA All-District team.

District VI consists of teams from Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. This season former Panther head coach and current head coach at Creighton University, Greg McDermott won Coach of the Year while Luke Garza from the University of Iowa was named the District VI Player of the Year.
