Krikke SA

BEN KRIKKE, VALPARAISO

Men's Basketball, So.

Business; 3.71 GPA

 

Krikke has achieved a 3.71 GPA while majoring in business as a sophomore on the Valpo men's basketball team. The sophomore is averaging 10.2 points and 3.2 rebounds per game for the Crusaders so far this season.  On campus, he is a member of Valpo's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA).  Krikke has also volunteered his time around the Valpo community, serving at Valpo's Special Needs Basketball Camp, Valpo Basketball's Annual Community Christmas Party as well as the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Northwest Indiana. 

 

Haack SA

GABI HAACK, BRADLEY

Women's Basketball, Sr.

Elementary Education; 3.79 GPA

 

Haack is a senior on the Bradley women's basketball team and has a 3.79 GPA as an elementary education major.  Haack currently sits 26th in MVC history with 220 career three-point field goals, Haack is also the seventh player in MVC history with 220 triples and 550 or more rebounds.  She joined North Carolina’s Stephanie Watts as the only active players in the nation in the group. Haack has achieved MVC Scholar-Athlete First-Team honors, the MVC Good Neighbor Award, and is a two-time MVC Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award recipient. She has also been active on and around the Bradley campus and Peoria community.  Haack serves on the Braves Council and has provided community service at Whittier Elementary School's Read Across America Event, the #GoGreen Litter Pick Up, the Miracle Walk, Girls Light Our World events, and the Kick Abuse 5K.
