2005 Swimming/Diving Championship

Led by 2005 Missouri Valley Conference Swimmer of the Year Katie Boarman, the Southwest Missouri State Bears cruised through the final day of competition at the 2005 Women's Swimming and Diving Championship to take home first place team honors.

The Bears scored 913 points while Southern Illinois came in a close second with 849 points. Rounding out the women's competition was Illinois State in third place (768.50), followed by Evansville (402.50) and the University of Northern Iowa (202).

Any student-athlete who finished in the top-three in any event at the championship was named an all-conference performer for 2005 while places 4-8 were honorable mention honorees.
