ST. LOUIS -- ESPN notified the Missouri Valley Conference that the Drake at Evansville men’s basketball game will air ESPNU on Sunday, February 10, at 7 p.m. Central, Commissioner Doug Elgin announced today.

As part of its agreement with the Missouri Valley Conference, ESPN selected four weekends during the 2012-13 season to utilize the “Wildcard” selection process to determine league men’s basketball games for its networks.

On three different dates in 2012-13 -- January 20 and 27 and February 10 -- ESPN decided between a pair of games to televise on ESPNU and ESPN3, respectively.

On February 10, Drake will travel to the Ford Center in Evansville, Indiana, to meet Evansville in an ESPNU telecast.

On that same date, ESPN3 will televise the UNI at Bradley contest at 2 p.m. Central from Carver Arena in Peoria, Illinois.

In December, ESPN utilized the “Wildcard” selection process to select Creighton at Southern Illinois for ESPNU and Drake at Missouri State for ESPN3 on January 27.

ESPN will also use the “Wildcard” selection
process to determine the league’s final regular-season men’s basketball telecast on ESPN2 on March 2. The regular-season finale match-ups on that date include Bradley at Missouri State, Indiana State at Evansville, Illinois State at UNI, Southern Illinois at Drake and Wichita State at Creighton.
